LOS #RIESGOS DE UNA #NUEVA #CONSTITUYENTE.
Ecuador enfrenta la posibilidad de redactar una nueva constitución, Generando incertidumbre y debate sobre su necesidad. riesgos y regresión de derechos que se vendrían a futuro.
Si bien la actual constitución hace falta ciertas reformas o enmiendas, que se las puede realizar por varios mecanismos contemplados en la constitución del 2008 pero que el Gobierno de #Noboa No ha querido impulsar, porque él quiere elaborar una nueva constitución que se ajuste a su conveniencia y buscara revertir derechos que ahora representa un obstáculo con miras a ir creando las condiciones para perpetuarse al poder.
La conformación de una nueva constituyente REPRESENTA UNA amenaza a derechos fundamentales como los de la naturaleza, la resistencia y la libertad de expresión. La privatización de empresas estatales y la posible pérdida de soberanía del país.
LO QUE SUCEDE EN NUESTRO PAÍS NO ES POR LA CONSTITUCIÓN VIGENTE, NI POR LA LEYES Y NORMATIVAS, mas bien se DEBE POR LA FALTA DE UNA CORRECTA APLICACIÓN DE LA JUSTICIA, LA ADECUADA INTERPRETACION Y APLICACION DE LAS LEYES CREADAS Y SOBRETODO POR LA CORRUPCIÓN ENQUISTADA EN TODOS LOS PODEREDES E INSTITUCIONES DEL ESTADO.
Por lo tanto UNA NUEVA CONSTITUCIÓN NO GARANTIZA LA SOLUCIÓN A LAS ACTUALES PROBLEMATICAS COMO EL DESEMPLEO, LA INSEGURIDAD, LA CRISIS ECONÓMICA. HAY QUE CMPRENDER QUE EL BINESTAR DE UN PAIS NO SE LOGRA POR DECRETO, POR LEYES O CONSTITUCIONES SINO POR APLICAR DE LA MANERA MAS CONVENIENTE LA LEYES QUE TENEMOS, CON MUCHA COSCIENCIA SOCIAL, SENTIDO COMUN Y LA CONTRIBUCIÓN DE TODOS PARA CONTRUIR UN MEJOR PAIS!!
